Weleda Arnica 6c Oral Liquid supports stiff muscles, sprains and strains.

DIRECTIONS
Adults/Children: Take 5 drops four times daily, at least 15 minutes before a meal, or as directed. In acute cases repeat ¼ to ½ hourly up to 6 doses. Reduce the frequency of doses as required.
