Each Tablet Contains: Zinc Orotate dihydrate (5mg zinc elemental) 32.25mg, Zinc Gluconate anhydrous (5mg zinc elemental) 35mg, Zinc Citrate dihydrate (5mg zinc elemental) 17mg.
